AN EVENING CLIFFSIDE

I needed some space the other evening to creatively step back as I continue on my new creative endeavor. The cliffs of the North Shore coast of Maui resemble Ireland or Scotland in my mind. The craggy and windswept cliffs felt like a quiet solace. The salty air and steady wind felt refreshing as the waves kept beating steadily against the cliffs.

The cows minded themselves as the sun settled and wind calmed. They were quite the company! That’s what I love about Hawaii; it offers a variety of climates and terrains.

Taking a little retreat for yourself like a solo picnic, is a wonderful way of self care and resetting your perspective.
